Phobias are intense feelings, huge over reactions to things that most people manage to deal with without a problem. Often rooted in quite normal behaviours, these are blown way out of proportion. Most of us will have some kind of phobia, and most of us manage to avoid whatever triggers it so that it doesn't interfere with our lives.
Some phobias are either too extreme or occur with things we have to deal with on such a regular basis that they do interfere. This is where we come in!
It could be a fear of spiders that you feel has finally got out of control, or perhaps you want to overcome a fear of heights so you can go for a walk with friends or family and not need to avoid bridges.
